What is the HOOPSPLASH LED Basketball Shower Head?
A basketball-textured orange shower head that hangs in a white net under an orange rim, on a matte-black wall arm. An LED ring glows around the rain nozzle plate at the bottom while the water runs. Rainfall spray. Home court, but wet.
What's in the box?
The shower head with the net attached, plumber's tape, and a quick-start card.
Does it need batteries?
No. The LED ring is powered by the water flowing through the head. No batteries, no wiring, no charging.
Is the LED safe with water?
Yes. The LED ring is built into the nozzle plate and runs on the water flow itself, so there are no batteries or wires to get wet.
Are there different sizes or models?
One model, one size. Simple.
Pre-order & shipping
When will my pre-order ship?
The first batch is 100 units and shipping starts November 18, 2026. Orders ship in the order received, 1–3 business days after that date. US delivery then takes 3–6 business days, and you get tracking by email the moment it leaves.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Cancel any time before it ships and you get a full refund. Email hello@hoopsplash.com with your order number.
Is shipping really free?
Free standard shipping on every US order, no minimum.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout and takes 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes are collected by your local customs on delivery.
Can I get the 2-pack discount?
Yes. Add 2 and save 15%. Add 3 or more and save 25%. The discount applies automatically at checkout, no code needed. Mix them for different bathrooms or gifts.
Install & care
Will it fit my shower?
It fits any standard US ½" (1/2 inch NPT) shower arm, which is what most US showers use. If your arm is a different size, email us before you order.
How do I install it?
No tools. Wrap the plumber's tape (included) around the arm threads, hand-tighten the shower head, run the water to check. About 3 minutes.
Does it work with normal water pressure?
Yes, it's designed for normal household water pressure.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the nozzles with a soft cloth. For limescale, soak the head in white vinegar. The net is removable and hand-washable.
Returns & warranty
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original box. No restocking fee. Details in our return policy.
What does the warranty cover?
Our 1-year warranty covers the body, net, rim, LED ring and nozzle plate. If any of it fails under normal use, we repair or replace it.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Email a photo to hello@hoopsplash.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at our cost.
