These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Hoopsplash LLC ("HOOPSPLASH", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. We've written them in plain language; where a section needs to be formal, it is.

1. Our products

The HOOPSPLASH LED Basketball Shower Head is a novelty shower head with an LED ring powered by water flow. Colors in photos may differ slightly from the real product. Product details are on the product page. HOOPSPLASH is an independent brand and is not affiliated with any sports league, team or player.

2. Orders and pre-orders

An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation, not the order confirmation. We may cancel an order before shipping if a product is unavailable, priced incorrectly, or we suspect fraud; in that case you receive a full refund.

Pre-order clause. Some orders are pre-orders. The ship date shown (currently November 18, 2026) is an estimate, not a guarantee. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. If the ship date slips, we will email you.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless your checkout shows another currency. Sales tax is added for US addresses where required. Bundle discounts (2-pack 15%, 3 or more 25%) apply automatically at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by Shop Pay, PayPal and card processors under their own terms. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Shipping, returns and warranty

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password private and for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.

6. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us photos or videos of your shower head, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them on our site and social channels, and you confirm you have the right to share them. We may remove content that is offensive, false or unrelated to the product.

7. Our content

The HOOPSPLASH name, logo, product designs, photographs, videos and text on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

8. Safety and installation

Install the shower head as shown on the quick-start card, by hand, on a standard ½" shower arm. Do not use tools to over-tighten it. Use it only for showering, at normal household water pressure. Keep small parts away from young children. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or by use with non-standard plumbing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Hoopsplash LLC is registered. If something goes wrong, email us first; we resolve almost everything within a few days. Any dispute that can't be resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts of that state.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
