Where we ship
Everywhere our carriers go. Orders are packed and shipped from the United States.
Shipping rates
- United States: free standard shipping on every order, no minimum.
- Everywhere else: shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery takes 7–14 business days, tracked.
Pre-orders
The first batch is 100 units. Shipping starts November 18, 2026. Orders ship in the order received, 1–3 business days after that date. You'll get an email with tracking the moment your order leaves. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. If the ship date changes, we'll email you.
Delivery times
Once shipped:
- US: 3–6 business days, with tracking.
- Everywhere else: 7–14 business days.
Packaging
Each order ships in its retail box with the shower head, attached net, plumber's tape and a quick-start card. The outer carton is plain, so it works as a surprise gift.
Duties and taxes
US orders include applicable sales tax at checkout. For international orders, import duties and taxes are collected by your country's customs and are not included in our prices; the carrier will contact you before delivery if anything is owed.
Damaged in transit
If the box arrives crushed or the shower head is damaged, photograph it within 7 days and email hello@hoopsplash.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Address changes
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can update the address until the order is handed to the carrier.
